Chris Brown Troubles With Neighbors an Item in Probation Hearing

In his latest probation hearing, Chris Brown’s beef with his neighbors landed some special attention from the overseeing judge. The “Look At Me Now” hitmaker usually gets praises for his good behavior but this time around, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg wanted clarification on the neighbor situation instead of jumping to commend Brown.

During the hearing on Thursday, August 25, the judge asked about the situation surrounding the neighbors’ complaints as well as Brown’s $15,000 in unpaid parking tickets. Brown was not present in court during the hearing but his lawyer Mark Geragos clarified that his client was not at fault and the fines were all a big misunderstanding.

Geragos also provided proof that West Hollywood officials have dismissed all the parking citations after they were informed that the two spaces marked as spots for the disabled were purchased by Brown when he bought the condo.

During the hearing, Geragos also asked the judge to have his client complete the rest of his probation service in California. Brown’s next court date, stemming from his battery case with ex-girlfriend Rihanna, is set for October 12. In Addition, the judge told the probation officials to give a follow up on any outstanding problems Brown has with his neighbors at the next hearing.
