RnB singer and rapper, Darrein Safron, has released the visuals for his single “Lover Friend.” Produced by Scott Storch, this is the first single from Darrein’s upcoming Strange Music LP, Ignorance, dropping this fall.
Alongside Storch, the 21-year-old St. Louis native’s forthcoming LP has production appearances from Happy Perez (Mariah Carey, Kanye West, Halsey), League of Stars (Snoop Dogg, 2 Chainz, The Game), and 808 Mafia (Gucci Mane, Future, French Montana).
“You more than lust and sex/ You my friend/ Girl you are my lover friend,” Safron sings to the smooth beat. The video shows the singer in a fluorescent studio recording this track before his love interest appears and dances with him as he serenades her.
