Most people choose an exercise to help them lose and burn fats quickly. Some of them do it every day, some 3 to 5 weeks, and for some people if possible they exercise in the morning and then in the afternoon as well. Although exercise keeps you healthy, overdoing it can also be unhealthy. Doing anything in excess can be a mistake, while some things might not be harmful many are. For many folks, the thought of exercising, whether it is vigorous or even walking, isn’t very appealing. In fact beginning to can be a task in itself especially if they are living a sedentary lifestyle. So over exercising isn’t a problem for them. But many people who finally make the plunge into turning their lifestyle around with a proper diet and a regular workout routine become obsessed with exercising to the point that they are doing more harm than good.

If you push your body beyond its limit, there is a greater risk of having heart failure heart attack. When you do exercise, as much as it makes your cardiovascular system competent your long duration and low-intensity workouts will train your heart to reduce its capability to work more efficiently. If there are situations that are stressful, it could lead to a heart attack since their ability to handle stress is already limited.

When you exercise, it guarantees you that you will actually burn calories. This is what most fitness instructors tell you. What they do not know is that the more energy you exert, the more your body creates fat as their reserve for your next work out. Instead, you might wonder after countless hours of doing strenuous exercise you have not reached your desired body type. Some people make the mistake of pushing their body to their limits especially if they see the first few signs of losing weight. They automatically want to lose more making them more impatient and making their body exerts more effort.

Taking days off allows you to start fresh, with energy levels at their maximum capacity. It’s far better to work out with all your strength three days a week, rather than half your strength for six.

Exercise is great. Not only just in moderation. You can ramp up the pace at times, and there will be times you want to prepare for a competition or race. But it’s important to observe what else is going on in your life because all activities, all creativity, and all emotions need your precious energy supply. When you overdo it exercising, you’ll pay the price in other areas of your life: your health, your relationships and your ability to produce and create.
