Trevor Jackson has released his new LP, Rough Drafts Pt. 1, on Born Art/EMPIRE.
According to Jackson, Rough Drafts was inspired by the idea of being a work in progress and that as humans we are all aspiring to become the best or final version of ourselves.
The 15-track offering features guest appearances from inspirational rapper Lecrae (“All I Am”) and Jackson’s brother Iyn Jay (“27:17” and “Anakin”).
Rough Drafts is the follow-up to Jackson’s 2015 mixtape, In My Feelings.
