Five years ago, Good Morning America host Robin Roberts battled breast cancer. Robin announced earlier this year that she had MDS, as a result of the treatmet for her breast cancer. MDS, or myelodysplastic syndrome is a disease of the bone and blood marrow and was once known as preluekemia. I as well as others are so glad that Robin beat both of these diseases.
