Lyrica Anderson – New Video “Hello”

Dang! Lyrica Anderson releases some poetic aggression in her new single “Hello.” She straight-up calls her man out on his shady behavior, but delivers it with a cool, contained, soft vocal that is strangely seductive. Masterfully, she weaves the flow on her verses into simple melodies that build with tension from her pre-choruses into her choruses, producing an overall hypnotic effect.

Sounds like this guy’s got one more chance to change his player ways before her melodic hello turns into a definite goodbye:

Fussin’ fightin’ I hate where we at now / You ignoring my calls you must be with a bitch now / You better tell me something before I give up now / Hello, hello, hello, hello …

Lyrica’s EP, also titled “Hello,” drops on Oct. 30th. The album features collaborations with Wiz Khalifa, Problem, The Game, YG and Kash Doll. As well, she has been in the studio with Chris Brown working on his new album Royalty.

Watch the symbolic acts of a beautiful woman on the verge of walking away: chopping a red rose off its stem, crashing a glass of red wine to the floor and stabbing the dinner table. There are exquisite, dramatic details in this video.
