Queen Bey has taken lyrical liberties with “Darling Nikki,” one of my all-time favorite Prince tunes, and dedicated it to her partner in laying down the law, Nicki Minaj.
I don’t know about you, but after seeing Beyonce and Nicki Minaj on Stage Performing “Feeling Myself” Live for the First Time at the Tidal X Benefit Concert last week, I would love to see a legitimate “Darling Nikki” (or Nicki) duet performance from these lilting ladies. Or, would that be too hot for this world to handle? Maybe.
Regardless, we should keep a fire extinguisher on hand for when these two next bless us with the joining of their fiery forces.
