Emeli Sandè Reveals New Collaborations For 2014

Relatively new singer and songwriter Emeli Sandé is on a role with her most recent tour and two secret collaborative songs with Chasing Grace performed in London back in Spring. Sandé’s career in singing and songwriting took off around 2010, with her single “Daddy“, when she signed with U.K.’s EMI records. Since then she has written for, Beyonce, Susan Boyle, and Cheryl Cole. As well as performed on live television shows, and released her own E.P. called, Our Version Of Events in 2012. Now in 2014 she began her big tour around the U.S.A. to follow the U.K. and North America tour she did in 2013. On May 20th, 2014 Sandé did a guest performance at the Lexington in London with up and coming urban rock band, Chasing Grace. During the performance Sandé announced two new collaborative songs she wrote with Chasing Grace, called ; Peace and Boats. It is unknown whether or not the songs will debut as singles, once she finishes her tour this year, fans are hoping to see more collaborations, or even a new E.P. One thing is for sure, Sandé is working on a new song with One Direction’s Zayn Malik called, One Chance to Dance for leading pop boy band, One Direction, which could end up being a hit single for them this Fall. The song is not officially out yet, but there are several leaked versions on YouTube. With all the great hits One Direction has come out with lately, fans are even more hyped on their upcoming album release.
