Canadian singer, Shay Lia recently released her newest track, “Cherish” and it’s probably one of the deepest songs out this year. Shay sings about the Syrian Civil War and the multiple casualties it has left behind. The song is soulful and extremely raw. Shay doesn’t hold back and she’s extremely honest with all her feelings. The Kaytranada-produced beat matches her voice perfectly and it helps the song flow smoothly.
“Cherish” will be a part of a compilation that Kitsune America is releasing in collaboration with the NBA. The compilation can be pre-ordered on vinyl.
