CHRIS BROWN MIGHT STAY IN JAIL LONGER THAN EXPECTED
Chris Brown was transferred to Washington,D.C. to begin his trial for Brown’s misdemeanor assault charge. Unfortunately for Chris the prosecutors declined to give immunity to his bodyguard Christopher Hollosy, who would be the star witness in Brown’s case.
The trial for Chris was set to begin on Wednesday April 23, and his bodyguard was supposed to testify that Hollosy was the person who hit the man outside the DC W Hotel.
Hollosy was sentenced on Monday, which will cause a delay in Brown’s case, bc Hollosy needs to appeal his case in order to testify on the behalf of Brown.
Christopher was denied immunity because he did not comply with the rules of discussing his testimony after the trial.
Brown is scheduled to reappear in court on June 25. Both men will be in attendance as Hollosy gets sentenced.
