Grammy award-winning soul singer, Bilal, joined Oscar-winning rap superstar, Common for a performance of “13th” at President Obama’s first music festival at The White House, South by South Lawn.
“13th” is the title track featured in director, Ava DuVernay’s critically acclaimed documentary, “13th,” set to be released October 7th on Netflix. Bilal also performed the song with Common at The New York Film Festival opening night party, honoring DuVernay’s documentary and kicking off the 54th annual film festival.
Bilal is currently performing shows across the country and will be releasing visuals for In Another Life’s second single, “Pleasure Toy” (feat. Big KRIT) later this year
