Donald Glover aka Childish Gambino aka one of our faves will be hosting and performing on SNL on May 5th. *Screams in excitement* Ok, we’re back now.
The talented director, screenwriter, executive producer, actor and musician (we can go on and on) will not only be gracing us with his presence as the host of SNL but he’ll be performing. Though we’re unsure of which tracks he will be performing, we can’t help but be overly excited for this episode.
Glover has been having a miraculous year. Between ‘Atlanta,’ doing the voice of Simba in the live action version of Lion King, playing Lando Calrissian in Solo: A Star Wars Story and his upcoming tour, he is doing it ALL! We honestly wonder when he sleeps. Regardless, we can’t wait to celebrate all of his awesomeness with this upcoming SNL episode.
Glover is one of the few guests to host and perform on SNL. Drake, Taylor Swift, Justin Timberlake, and Ariana Grande are among those few that have done it in the past.
