Hot Oil Massage:
A hot oil treatment is an inexpensive luxury with a variety of benefits. Oiling your hair gives it the nutrients and vitamins needed along with a great shine. Use oils like coconut oil, castor oil, olive oil or a store-brought oil treatment to nourish and strengthen your hair. Oils can be heated in the microwave or immersed in hot water. I personally prefer using hot water, as I want to ensure the oil is heated equally and not too hot. Either way will result in wonderful conditioned hair.
Yes potatoes, this shocked me as well. So here’s how potatoes can be used to promote hair growth. Boil potatoes and use the left over water to shampoo your hair. Use caution with the temperature of the water, allow water to cool then wash and rinse hair with the potato water. This will give your hair vitamins while preventing dry and brittle hair.
I can personally attest this works. After working out, I learned to embrace styles that don’t require heat of any form. It started out as a time issue then quickly turned into what’s best for my hair. I quickly noticed my hair growing at a faster pace. Your lifestyle may require heat but when possible avoid heat. Heat makes your hair unhealthy and causes split.
Brush Your Hair:
Brushing once or twice a day will stimulate the circulation in your scalp, feeding the hair follicles and encourage hair growth. Never brush your hair when it’s wet as that will cause severe breakage. Use a wide tooth comb on wet hair. While brushing your hair, brush with care. Select the best brush for your hair type as it will vary. Having your gently brushed feels great.
Grind four or five contraception pills and add them to your regular shampoo. Hair should not only grew quicker but also more abundantly and healthier.
