One of the co-stars of the television show “Single Ladies” has tied the knot. Denise Vasi exchanged vows her director beau Anthony Mandler on Saturday at a vineyard in California.
The newlyweds haven’t released many details on the big day, but the ceremony was well documented via social media. Denise and Anthony encouraged their guests to share shots of the wedding on Instagram via the hashtag #VasiMandlerMerge. One video even shows Jennifer Hudson, sang “Whenever You Call” as the bride walked down the aisle.
The Oscar winner looked stunning as she performed in a long sleeved pink silk shift dress wearing subtle make-up with her dark locks tied back in a an elegant up do.
Jennifer used a beautiful wrought iron balcony as her stage at the wedding venue of Sunstone Vineyards, Winery and Villa.
It seems her performance went down a treat as the grateful bride posted a picture collage of her friend performing her wedding singer duties with the caption ‘Thank you @IamJHud for being a part of our union. I had chills walking down the aisle. You are such a beautiful person inside & out. #vasimandlermerge’
It also seemed that her superstar wedding singer friend was proud of her role as she retweeted the link on her Twitter page @IamJhud
Jennifer has been busy of late promoting her new film The Inevitable Defeat of Mister and Pete which premiered at the Chicago International Film Festival on Friday.
But the Hollywood star proved how much she values friendship by dashing from Chicago to California on Saturday to make sure she was there for her close gal pal on her big day.
