The MTV Movie Awards Give Some great highlights and Performances

Spring is here, and to kick off the season of festivals, shows, and late night performances is the 2015 MTV Movie Awards. While the event calls for much film entertainment filled with some of the hottest actors and actresses out today, there is also an array of performance that are must-see’s.  Some of the best elements to an award show are the highlights and performances in between the awards given. The awards began with an opening of comedian Amy Schumer giving a multi-film monologue with the mentioning of a few select films that were among the nominees (Pitch perfect, The Hunger Games, Ect.) The awards were filled with many Performance moments including Vin Diesel singing a tribute to his late friend Paul Walker, as photos from their Fast and Furious are compiled into a montage. While things got emotional on stage for everyone, things lightened up by the end of the night with performances from both Ty Dolla Sign and Fetty Wap. The two Rappers both had the honors of performing separately by the end of the awards. Ty Dolla Sign, Tinashe, and Charlie XCX all came on stage latest, “Drop That Kitty” Performace. Meanwhile, Fetty Wap, and Fall Out Boy performed their latest mashup,”Centuries/Trap Queen”. The two performances gave the crowd a reason to get up and celebrate for all the hard work put in for the last year.
