New York, NY (August 6, 2015) – Grammy award winning singer songwriter Bridget Kelly announces the release of her new EP, Summer of 17 on iTunes today. The sixtrack EP shows a more introspective yet light-hearted side of Kelly than she has typically displayed. With production by established as well as emerging talent including: Da Internz, Swagg, K-Mack, Jordan Bratton, JDot, Eric “Vekz” Fernandez and Roc, the sound of the EP is fresh, fun and upbeat.
“I’ve always been a late bloomer. When I was 17, I watched everyone plan and prep for the end of adolescence & the beginning of adulthood. I was living in the moment, carefree and whimsical. Now, at 29, I’ve come full circle. Most chicks my age are getting married and planning families, while I’m turning up in the club on a Tuesday night. I don’t feel pressured to follow society’s standards. I’m still having fun. I’m not ready to grow up yet. And why should I, in my mind I’m still young. This is the Summer Of 17” – adds Bridget Kelly
Summer of 17 Track Listing:
- Run After You
