On Friday May 9, Chris Brown was sentenced to yet another 131 days in jail. In Los Angeles Brown admitted to the judge, he violated his probation by getting into a scuffle with a man in Washington, D.C.
Chris was sentenced to serve a year in prison by Superior Court Judge James R. Brandin. The judge gave Chris a break by giving him eight months of credit. Judge Brandin looked at the time Brown spent in rehab, jail and plus his over behavior to make his final decision.
Brown could be home just in time to throw a burger on the grill and enjoy the summer fireworks. The sheriff’s officials will calculate his sentenced and decide when Brown will be eligible for early release.
Brandin stated Chris has to complete the remaining 800 hours of community service. Chris was ordered to completed 1000 hours of community service in the assault case against Rihanna.
According to sources Brown will stay on probation until January 23, 2015.
