As most know, the world lost a very talented and beautiful soul, Leah LaBelle, last week. Not only was she known as an extradionary individual to her family and friends but she was an extremely amazing singer as well. In honor of her, Jermaine Dupri shared an unreleased track by the singer and it has reminded everyone all over again what an impact she made.

The track titled, “Scumbag,” has a real soulful vibe to it as Leah sings about a disloyal boyfriend, “Thought you were the one for me/Thought that we were meant to be/And for once I ain’t had to worry/But I found out quick, fast, in a hurry (that you were just another scumbag).”

With the release of the track, Dupri stated, “One of my favorite songs, out of the many records I cut on her. One of the coolest girls you could ever meet, may your soul rest in peace.”

Listen to “Scumbag” below. Take it in, enjoy it and really appreciate the irreplaceable person that was Leah Labelle.
